Refund Policy

Down Payments

All down-payments for custom web and/or graphic design work are non-refundable. Should your plans change during the development stage and you wish to cancel the project, your down-payment will be non-refundable. However, your final invoice amount will be canceled upon request and the project stopped. Should you decide to restart a canceled project, we will honor your original down-payment toward the total cost of the project, but will require half of the balance to restart the project.

Maintenance and Support Plans

Should you wish to cancel a maintenance or support plan mid-month, your current month's fees will not be refunded. In the event that you wish to restart your previous plan or start a new one, we will require payment at the beginning of each month prior to maintenance and/or support requests being honored.
